Job Discerption :

This post of Assistant to the Secretary General intended to assist the Secretary General of the Saudi Banks in his daily work, like setting up all his meetings with all the Saudi Banks and all the Committees, drafting letters/ emails in both English and Arabic. In addition, coordinate setting up the meetings of all committees and assisting the sub-Committees Secretaries and members in accessing the Digital portal. The post also requires ensuring that all minutes, charters and records are properly archived under the Digital Portal. The post also includes assisting in coordinating all administrative work required by the General Secretariat.

Required Condition:

5+ year’s experience in office management, or any related areas of responsibilities.

Skills:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  2. High level of professional communication skills with clients
  3. Fully proficient in MS/Office
  4. Ability to produce quality work under pressure, with high level of personal and professional integrity
  5. Ability in taking meetings notes and preparing frequent reports, as required.
